Mapping

When seconds count, precise mapping can make the difference between triumph and tragedy. Our GIS interface works with mapping software to pinpoint and display the location of an event.

Being able to "see" not just the call location but the surrounding area provides valuable information when determining the location of a command center, possible escape routes, tactical placement of public safety units, evacuation plans, or to simply provide directions. Converting actual database records for specific types of events for a user-defined time frame into Pin-Maps is not only easy with IMPACT™, but is a valuable tool for resource planning, traffic control and to locate hazardous areas. When used in conjunction with our Mobile system, AMO™ and our AVL™ system, our maps will also display the location and movement of all equipped vehicles with color-coded status for easy recognition.
